GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AND SOLUTIONS
The
EEC WASTE-SEP is an industrial
membrane separator for a wide
variety of chemically or
mechanically emulsified
solutions. EEC has combined
advanced technology with proven
concepts in efficient oil and
water separation techniques. The
result is a skid-mounted, fully
automatic, liquid separator that
can condition a milky,
emulsified solution of oil,
chemicals, ink, cutting oil and
diesel fuel back to its origin. The
EEC WASTE-SEP will, in most
cases, restore liquid to its
original quality, and water can
safely be drained into the local
sewer line or be reused.

WASTE-SEP
membranes
are
designed
to
separate
fluids
based
on
molecular
size.
The
membranes
are
specially
constructed
to
provide
long
term
service
in
corrosive
environments.
Processing
capacity
is
determined
by
the
specific
application,
with
average
ratings
from
2
gpm
to
200
gpm.
Custom
designed
systems
are
capable
of
producing
much
higher
capacities.
The
EEC
WASTE-SEP
consists
of
a
multimedia
filter,
a
feed
pump,
a
circulation
pump,
a
process
pump,
a
metering
pump,
a
cartridge
filter,
an
ultra-filter
(UF),
a
reverse
osmosis
(RO)
filter
(for
the
two
stage
units),
flow
meters,
gauges,
air

compressor,
and
a
control
panel.
